What the workshop offers
«Tens un full? Fem un llibre!» is a creative family workshop that reimagines Christmas with summer elements. Participants will create a collective or individual story where characters—Santa Claus, the Three Wise Men, or the attendees themselves—appear in settings like beaches, wearing flip-flops instead of boots, or building sand snowmen instead of snow ones. The activity, led by Ana Torres, encourages collaborative writing and illustration, suitable for all ages.
Who it’s for
The workshop is designed for families, with no age limit. No prior experience in writing or drawing is needed: just a willingness to play with ideas and share a creative moment. It’s a chance for children and adults to work together on a common project, exploring fantasy and breaking away from traditional Christmas clichés.
How to take part
The activity is free, but prior registration is required by emailing escorxador.actividades@gmail.com. Centre Cultural Escorxador manages places on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s best to book in advance. There’s no confirmed minimum or maximum capacity, but previous similar workshops at the centre have accommodated between 15 and 25 participants per session.
