Android app
Try the ConoceValencia app in beta
We're bringing ConoceValencia to a native Android app — easier on your phone, with widgets, notifications and Google Assistant support. The website stays available as always; the app is a more convenient way to keep Valencia in your pocket.
- Join the tester group
Required: without the group, Google Play won't let you install the beta.
- Download the app on Google Play
Once you're in the group, this link will open the install page.
What's in the app
Everything from the website, optimised for mobile:
- Real-time EMT: interactive map with lines, stops, next arrivals and live bus positions.
- Valenbisi: quick check of available bikes and free docks at each station.
- Events calendar: shows, concerts and culture (Roig Arena, Institut Valencià de Cultura and more), with a “How to get there” section — metro, bus, Valenbisi and nearby parking.
Native features
On top of what you already know from the web, the app adds phone-native tools: widgets for next arrivals and Valenbisi station occupancy, notifications and a smoother fit with Google Assistant.
Later we might add widgets for public parking or upcoming events at a specific venue — it depends on what people find most useful.
Why we need testers
Google now requires a closed testing phase with a group of users before an app can be published openly on the store. To launch officially, we need people to join as testers.
How to join (just a couple of taps)
If you want to try it and help out, the process is short:
- Join the Google Group (required so Google Play can authorise your access).
- Download the app from Google Play with the closed testing link; once you're in the group, it will work.
- If the testing link doesn't open, try the regular Play Store listing.

Frequently asked questions
Does the website still work without installing anything?
Yes. The site stays free, with no required sign-up, and usable in the browser. The app is optional for anyone who prefers a native Android experience.
Why do I have to join a Google Group?
It's Google Play's requirement for closed testing: only people in the group can install the beta. Without that step, the download link won't authorise you.
Is there an iPhone version?
For now the beta is Android only. On iPhone you can keep using the website and, if you like, add it to your Home Screen from Safari.
How do I give feedback?
