- ConoceValencia is made by one person in València, with no ads and no data selling.
- The assistant and alerts cost money every time they are used: each assistant answer goes through an AI model, and each alert through a server that watches arrivals to warn you in time.
- The essentials stay free for everyone: the map, live arrivals, the events calendar, cinema listings and directions.

What stays free?
Almost everything: the transport map, live arrivals, the events calendar, cinema listings, directions, favourites, the assistant with 5 searches a day and some alerts, such as those for your favourite lines. Plus adds more alerts and more headroom.
How do I subscribe?
For now, from the Android app: sign in with your account, go to Account → Subscription and choose the monthly or annual plan. Soon you will be able to do it on the web too.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. If you subscribed in the app, from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; if you subscribed on the web, from the subscription management link in your purchase email. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged.
Does it work on the web and on iPhone?
Yes, with the same account: the Plus assistant searches work on the web, on Android and on iPhone. Alerts, for now, only reach the Android app.
Is there a free trial?
On Google Play, the annual plan starts with 14 days free if you have never had Plus; if you cancel before they end, nothing is charged. The monthly plan has no trial.
Can I get my money back if it is not for me?
Yes: ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount. The details are in the refund policy.
Who charges me?
In the Android app, Google Play. On the web, Paddle, our authorised reseller: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles the taxes. We never see your card details.
