Who is La Rata Marieta
La Rata Marieta is a character created 35 years ago by authors Lourdes Bellver and Fina Masgrau. Born on a sheet of paper, this curious and brave little mouse has accompanied generations of children through children’s literature. Now, L’Horta Teatre pays tribute to her by bringing her story to the stage with a production that blends theatre, dance, and objects.
Direction and performance
The show is directed by Kika Garcelán, while performers Leo de Bari and Xavo Giménez bring this production to life. L’Horta Teatre, a company specialising in family theatre, adapts Marieta’s literary universe with a dynamic and engaging staging designed to capture the attention of the youngest audiences.
Timing and duration
The performance will take place on 25 October 2026 at 18:00. The show lasts approximately 50 minutes, an ideal length for children.
