What is Fivamel
Fivamel, or the Valencian Honey Fair, celebrates its 30th edition in Montroi from 6 to 8 November 2026. Known as the sweetest fair in the Valencian Community, it brings together typical products of Valencian gastronomy alongside everything bees produce: honey, pollen, beeswax, royal jelly and propolis, with applications in health, cosmetics, decoration and natural food.
According to sources like Comer en Valencia, these thirty editions reflect the municipality’s commitment to keeping its apicultural identity alive and highlighting one of the oldest products in the Valencian pantry.
Programme
Fivamel 2026 opens on Friday 6 November at 17:00. That day includes a reception for representatives at 18:30 and, at 19:30, the official inauguration with a welcome cocktail, plus exhibitions at the Museu Valencià de la Mel between 19:30 and 20:30.
On Saturday 7 November, at 10:30, the artisan market opens, remaining throughout the weekend alongside activities and exhibitions dedicated to beekeeping.
