What is València Cuina Oberta
València Cuina Oberta is a gastronomic event celebrating Valencia’s seasonal cuisine with special menus in over 80 city restaurants. Under the slogan «València, Pantry of the Mediterranean», participants create dishes highlighting local produce such as pumpkin, sweet potato, artichokes, newly harvested rice, and fresh fish from local markets. The November 2026 edition runs from 5 to 15 November, with 11 sessions at lunchtime (13:00).
What’s included in the menu and prices
All menus consist of a starter, main course, and dessert, with drinks not included. Prices are set in three tiers:
- €28 (lunch) and €36 (dinner) at 62 restaurants.
- €48 (lunch) and €56 (dinner) at 11 gourmet restaurants recognised by guides such as Repsol, Michelin (Bib Gourmand), or We’re Smart Green Guide.
- €80 (lunch) and €100 (dinner) at 8 Michelin-starred restaurants: Arrels, Fierro, Flores Raras, Fraula, La Salita, Lienzo, Riff and Simposio. Some venues, like Alenar, offer additional experiences, such as wine-paired dinners for a limited audience.
New additions for this edition
In 2026, 11 restaurants join the festival for the first time: Amancaes, Arrocería L’Estibador, Clem Café, Colmado de la Lola, Félix Chaqués Restaurant, La Ferrera, Las Tenerías, Linaje Casa Paco Gómez, No Bar, Pago de Tharsys, and Pasqual & Sheila. A great opportunity to explore new culinary proposals beyond the usual favourites.
