What is Birres i pintxos
Birres i pintxos is a guided craft beer tasting experience held at the historic El Celler de PROAVA, a 13th-century space located in the heart of Valencia, on Calle Baix. The event combines two things: a journey through the history of this unique venue and an introduction to the craft beer culture of the Valencian Community.
During the session, the brewing processes, different beer styles, and the stories behind each selected brewery are presented, making the tasting a way to get to know local producers.
What’s included in the ticket
The Birres i pintxos ticket includes a tasting of three Valencian craft beers and a pairing of local Valencian produce. According to the organisers, the food has been chosen to enhance the characteristics of each beer, ensuring every sip has its perfect match and the tasting becomes a complete gastronomic experience.
The tasting is complemented by a guided tour of El Celler itself, whose history is part of the experience.

Birres i pintxos is aimed at beer lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to discover the flavours of the Valencian region in a space with centuries of history. Three sessions are scheduled at different times of the day between 21 and 26 November 2026.
