What is Fivamel
Fivamel 2026 is the 30th edition of the Valencian Honey Fair, taking place in Montroi from 6 to 8 November 2026. Known as the sweetest fair in the Valencian Community, its thirty editions reflect the town’s commitment to preserving its beekeeping identity and highlighting one of the oldest food products.
What you can find
The Valencian Honey Fair offers traditional Valencian gastronomy and a variety of bee-produced goods: honey, pollen, beeswax, royal jelly and propolis. These products are showcased in applications for health, cosmetics, decoration and natural food. Over the three days, visitors can enjoy activities, exhibitions and an artisan market.
Programme: Technical Beekeeping Day
Among the activities at Fivamel 2026 is the Technical Beekeeping Day, scheduled from 11:00 to 13:30 in the Montroi Town Hall plenary hall. This event is aimed at those involved in or interested in beekeeping. The fair has its own website, fivamel.com, where the organisers share updates.
