The 52 Super Series Valencia Sailing Week 2026 is the fifth and final regatta of the international 52 Super Series, the world’s leading championship in the TP52 class, high-performance monohulls. Valencia hosts this grand finale, which will bring together 16 teams from 11 nationalities—the largest fleet in the circuit’s 15-year history—to decide the absolute champion of the 2026 season.
Who’s competing in the regatta
Among the confirmed teams for this edition are Platoon Aviation, Sled, Alkedo Cetilar, PAPREC, No Way Back, Trinity, ALPHA+, Gladiator, VĀYU, Alegre, Caballo Loco, and Teasing Machine. The competition is known for its parity, as all boats are identical and race without handicaps, ensuring a high-level sporting spectacle.
Schedule and timings
The races will take place from 5 to 10 October in the waters of La Marina de València, with the following schedule:
- 5 October: non-scoring training session (13:00–17:00).
- 6, 7, and 8 October: scoring races (13:00–17:00).
- 9 October: scoring races (14:00–17:00).
- 10 October: final day (11:30–17:00).
Up to 10 scoring races will be held, determining the winner of the Valencia edition and the absolute champion of the 2026 circuit.
Fan Zone: access and activities
The event will feature a free-access Fan Zone, located in the surroundings of La Marina, at the foot of the Veles e Vents building. This area will offer:
- A giant screen to follow the races live with commentary in English.
- Food trucks and tasting of local products.
- Music and activities for all ages.
- Access to the technical zone and the boats, where the public can meet the sailors.
Additionally, the organisers have planned sustainability initiatives, such as beach clean-up actions and food waste collection.
