What’s being performed
«Los Duelistas» is a production by the Institut Valencià de Cultura (IVC) that explores human conflict through a duel repeated over the years. In a world governed by the code of honour, two characters become trapped in a spiral of vengeance that defies reason. The play, written in Spanish, lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes without an interval and is recommended for audiences aged 16 and over, as stated by the organisers.
Who’s behind it
The IVC is programming this piece as part of its 2026 season at Teatre Martín i Soler, following the temporary closure of Teatre Principal de València. While the responsible company isn’t specified, the production is part of the institute’s Valencian creation circuit, which includes theatre, dance, and music in its venues.
Schedule and access
Performances will take place on 12, 13, and 14 November at 8:00 PM, and on 15 November at 6:00 PM. Access to Teatre Martín i Soler—located in the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía—follows the practical guidelines provided by the IVC for this venue.
