What’s Cooked in the Workshop
Farhat will teach you how to prepare four traditional Indian dishes: baked fish (or aubergine, depending on availability), vegetable korma, basmati rice, and kheer (a classic rice-and-milk dessert). All ingredients are organic and locally sourced, with vegetarian and vegan options to suit different preferences.
How the Experience Unfolds
The workshop starts at 17:45 and lasts 2.5 hours, during which Farhat will share not just cooking techniques but also the stories and fun facts behind each recipe. After cooking, participants will enjoy the dishes together in a relaxed setting. The activity is designed to be accessible, with no prior cooking experience needed.
Prices and Tickets
The workshop costs €49, covering the class, all ingredients, utensils, and dinner. Tickets are available via the Cocina Sin Fronteras website, the event organiser. Places are limited to ensure a personalised experience.
Access and Requirements
No prior cooking knowledge is required. The workshop is open to those aged 16 and over (minors must be accompanied by an adult). Comfortable clothing is recommended, and all materials and aprons will be provided on-site.
