What is the Mini Maratón València MSC 2026
The Mini Maratón València MSC 2026 is a non-competitive children’s race that forms part of the side events of the Maratón València Trinidad Alfonso Zurich. Aimed at kids aged 0 to 13, it offers the chance to experience athletics in a fun and safe environment, with distances tailored to each age group.
Categories and distances
The event is divided into five age-based categories, each with its own start time and distance:
- U14 (2013/2014): 11:00 AM, 1200 m (150 places).
- U12 (2015/2016): 11:15 AM, 1200 m (225 places).
- U10 (2017/2018): 11:30 AM, 600 m (250 places).
- U8 (2019/2020): 11:45 AM, 600 m (250 places).
- Under 6s (2021/2026): 12:00 PM, 300 m (250 places).
All races are non-competitive and designed to encourage participation and enjoyment of sport.
What’s included in the registration
Registration costs €3, with the full amount going to Casa Caridad Valencia, a charity linked to the Maratón València. Each participant will receive:
- A commemorative medal for the day.
- A mini race bag with goodies.
Requirements and conditions
- Open to children aged 0 to 13 (based on year of birth).
- Participants may be filmed or photographed for event promotion.
