A comedy about silence and words in marriage
Imanol Arias and María Barranco take the stage in Mejor no decirlo (Better Not Say It), the acclaimed comedy by French playwright Salomé Lelouch, making its Spanish debut after a sold-out run in Buenos Aires and a successful tour across Uruguay, Chile, and Paraguay. Directed by Argentine director Claudio Tolcachir, the play delves into the dynamics of a long-term couple who have mastered the art of knowing when to speak—and when to stay silent—until something disrupts their balance.
Adapted by Fernando Masllorens and Federico González del Pino, with a version by actress Mercedes Morán, the production blends humor, irony, and reflection on relationships. The show is produced by Pablo Kompel and Pentación Espectáculos, ensuring a polished and professional performance.
