What is ImproSàvies
ImproSàvies is a theatre improvisation workshop for women over 45 organised by Kancaneo Teatro. The activity aims to transform improvisation into a space for self-expression, confidence, and connection, using theatre as a tool to reconnect with the body and enjoy community. According to Centre Cultural La Reina 121, it is part of their regular workshop programme, designed to encourage neighbourhood participation and collective creation.
Who is it for
The workshop is open exclusively to women aged 45 and over. No prior theatre knowledge is required, as the focus is on personal and group exploration in a safe and supportive environment. Registration is mandatory and is done via email until capacity is reached.
How to take part
Participation in ImproSàvies is free, but prior registration is required by emailing cclareina121@gmail.com. The workshop is part of the programming at Centre Cultural La Reina 121, a space that promotes local culture and citizen participation in the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighbourhood.
