What is the Grup de ball Joves d'Acció
The Grup de ball Joves d'Acció is a dance group that meets weekly to perform improvised Valencian dances, a traditional repertoire performed without a fixed choreography, following the cues and music of the moment. The organisation presents it as the group’s return ("Torna el grup de ball de Joves d'Acció!!") for the 2026/2027 season, after the Valencian dance sessions that Joves d'Acció previously organised at the same venue in late October 2026.
Schedule and calendar
The Grup de ball Joves d'Acció meets every Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:00, in one-hour sessions, from November 18, 2026, to June 30, 2027. In total, there are 33 sessions throughout the season. The gatherings take place in Room 1 of the Octubre Centre de Cultura Contemporània on Sant Ferran street.
The event ends with an open invitation: "Us esperem!". Check how to get there on the OCCC venue page.
