What’s being debated
The roundtable "Desaparición forzada de menores: un crimen impune" examines this crime as a violation of human rights and a crime against humanity. Organised as part of the cultural events at the Universitat de València, the discussion focuses on documented cases in Spain, with special attention to irregular adoptions and stolen babies during the Franco regime and the transition period.

- Dolores Pérez, vice-president of Asociación de Víctimas de Alacant: Bebés Robats i Adopcions Irregularitats (AVA), providing first-hand testimony from affected families.
