What is Deforme Semanal Ideal Total
Deforme Semanal Ideal Total is the biweekly radioshow by Isa Calderón and Lucía Lijtmaer, awarded the Ondas Prize for Best Podcast in 2021 and Best Podcast of the Year at the Global Podcast Ondas Awards in 2022. Live, the show combines humour, cultural analysis, and a feminist, provocative perspective, with the fast-paced, casual format that has made it one of Spain’s most-listened-to podcasts, with an audience in Latin America.
