What Tarta Relena brings to IVAM
Tarta Relena presents a concert as part of the Posar la veu cycle, turning the IVAM’s hall into a space for sonic experimentation. The Valencian duo—formed by Helena Miquel and Marta Torrella—treats the voice as raw material, exploring its expressive possibilities beyond conventional language. Their proposal, rooted in experimental music, dialogues with the museum’s contemporary artistic practices, creating an intimate and participatory experience.
Schedule and access
The concert takes place on 14 November 2026 at 19:00 in the hall of IVAM Centre Julio González. Entry is free and no prior booking is required. The museum is open from 10:00 to 19:00, but access to the concert is directly through the main lobby.
The Posar la veu cycle
This second edition of the cycle, organised in collaboration with the Subdirección de Música del Institut Valencià de Cultura, reinforces IVAM’s commitment to transdisciplinarity. Each month, local and international artists transform the museum space into a laboratory for listening and creation, where music intertwines with exhibitions and the audience engages actively. Find out how to get there in the IVAM (Institut Valencià d'Art Modern) venue profile.
