What’s included
This ticket grants skip-the-line access to the Oceanogràfic, Europe’s largest aquarium, and the Hemisfèric, the IMAX cinema and planetarium at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. It includes entry to all Oceanogràfic’s marine ecosystems—such as the dolphinarium, shark tunnel, and beluga area—as well as one screening at the Hemisfèric, lasting approximately 34 minutes.
The ticket can be used to visit both venues on the same day or on two consecutive days, provided you inform the staff at the ticket office upon arrival.
Prices and ticket types
Prices vary by age and access needs:
- Adults (13 to 64 years): from €29 (up to €41.29 depending on time slot).
- Seniors (65+) and children (4 to 12 years): €30.80.
- People with disabilities (minimum 33%): €30.80.
- Children under 4: free, with valid ID.
Tickets are final sale: no changes, refunds, or modifications are allowed once purchased.
Opening hours and access slots
Oceanogràfic is open every day of the year, with hours depending on the season:
- High season (April to September): 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Mid season (October to March): 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Low season (January and February): 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The ticket office closes one hour before the venue’s closing time.
At the Hemisfèric, screenings run from 13 August to 31 December 2026, with multiple showings throughout the day. When purchasing your ticket, you’ll select a time slot for the screening, but access to the rest of the facilities can be enjoyed freely during opening hours.
Requirements and recommendations
- Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the Hemisfèric.
- Accessibility: The venue is fully adapted for visitors with reduced mobility.
- Pets: No animals are allowed, except guide dogs.
- Visit duration: It’s recommended to spend 3 to 4 hours exploring Oceanogràfic at a relaxed pace, including the dolphin show. The Hemisfèric screening lasts around 34 minutes.
