Opera for children at Palau de les Arts

On 22 May 2027, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía offers a performance designed to introduce children to the world of opera. Titled Cuéntame una ópera, the show combines live performances by singers and a piano with narration by a presenter, who adapts the plot and the most notable musical passages of an opera into language that is engaging and accessible for young audiences.

This one-off session takes place in the Aula Magistral of the venue. Tickets are priced from €9, although the specific opera title and exact duration of the event have not yet been confirmed. However, the format ensures a didactic and entertaining approach, perfect for families.

For details on how to access the venue, check the Palau de les Arts venue page.
