What’s being performed
The concert "Lorenzo Palomo en el recuerdo" is part of the Cambra al Palau (23) cycle and presents a chamber music programme dedicated to composer Lorenzo Palomo, who passed away in 2023. Soprano Júlia Farrés-Llongueras and guitarist José Luis Ruiz del Puerto perform works by three composers: Romance de Durandarte and En Jerez de la Frontera by Joaquín Rodrigo, Al-Motamid and Nana del negrito excluido by Valencian composer Luis Blanes, and Madrigal and Cinco Canciones Sefardíes (including Mi jardín solitario) by Lorenzo Palomo, as detailed by the Palau de la Música.
