What the conference will analyse
The conference «Learning from the Territory at a Local Scale: University and Citizenship Facing Flood Risk» addresses flood risk in the Valencian territory from a participatory perspective. According to the organisers, the programme includes practical workshops for attendees to learn about the characteristics of their river basin and analyse flood risk, as well as debates with representatives from public authorities, victim associations, and social groups. The goal is to foster co-creation of solutions between scientific knowledge and citizen experience.
