What’s being presented
«La estrella cae. La tierra llora» is a reading session featuring ten short stories by Alfredo Álamo, blending fantasy and horror to explore gentrification, touristification, and the cultural resistance of El Cabanyal. A follow-up to La Vieja Sangre, the work revives the neighbourhood’s memory through supernatural tales with a social critique. According to the centre’s schedule, it’s aimed at all audiences and is part of the community programming at Centre Cultural La Reina 121, a municipal space managed by Pro21cultural with a focus on local engagement.
