What is Interfront and their legacy in electronic music
Interfront is a Valencian band founded in the late 80s by Julio Nexus, a key figure of the Valencia Sound and the Megabeat label. Their music, a blend of electronic, EBM, and techno, defined an era with anthems like «Es Imposible, No Puede Ser», «Strange», and «Quién Mató a Laura Palmer», which became benchmarks in the Spanish club scene. After a hiatus, the band resumed activity in 2009 with performances alongside groups like Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb, and has since continued releasing new music and touring Europe.
