What the workshop offers
«Auto-construyendo mi versión a futuro» is a creative activity where participants build a symbolic piggy bank as a container for a real purpose. According to the Centre Cultural La Reina 121, the process starts with a "space full of RES"—resources, ideas, or materials—to transform it into an object brimming with "new potential". Designed for ages 16+, the workshop combines crafting with personal reflection, with no prior experience required.
Who leads it
The workshop is run by Carla Ly Sanhueza, with support from Tula Cortez. While their backgrounds aren’t detailed in the sources, the centre—linked to the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighbourhood—focuses on community-driven and self-discovery initiatives, as seen in its 2026 programme.
Access and requirements
The event is free but requires advance registration via email at cclareina121@gmail.com until capacity is reached. It’s open to those aged 16+. It’s unclear whether materials are provided or if participants should bring their own, so check when registering.
