The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía will host a recital by baritone Andrè Schuen on 30 January 2027, focusing on the vocal works of Franz Schubert. The concert, taking place in the Main Hall, offers a chance to experience one of the most intimate and expressive genres of German Romanticism: the lied.
Schuen, renowned for his technical mastery and ability to convey the emotion of the text, will perform a programme that, while not fully detailed, may include iconic cycles such as Die schöne Müllerin or Winterreise, masterpieces of the Schubertian repertoire. The recital is part of the Palau de les Arts’ opera season and will be a one-off performance.
