What is The Pestoff
The Pestoff is a classic clown show celebrating Clownbaret’s 18 years on stage. Two clowns in formal attire—Brian Rodríguez and Miguel Ángel Ramírez ‘Ylyo’—revisit and reinvent some of their most iconic acts to invite the audience to an anniversary party. According to sources, the show blends humour, surprises, and family-friendly moments, exploring what lies behind the clowns’ makeup.
Who performs and directs
The Clownbaret company, from the Canary Islands, is behind this show. Founded and directed by Brian Rodríguez, it features him and Miguel Ángel Ramírez ‘Ylyo’ as performers. Both have been on stage for 18 years, specialising in classic clowning and shows that mix tradition with reinvention.
