Who are Squeeze
Squeeze, the British band formed in 1974 by Glenn Tilbrook (vocals and guitar) and Chris Difford (lyrics), is one of the defining acts of 70s and 80s new wave and power pop. With hits like Up the Junction, Pulling Mussels (From the Shell) and Tempted, their sound blends catchy melodies, vocal harmonies and witty lyrics about everyday life.
What to expect from the concert
The setlist will mix their best-known hits with tracks from their latest albums, including Cradle to the Grave (2015) and The Knowledge (2017). The band, which has maintained a stable lineup in recent years—featuring Tilbrook, Difford, Stephen Large (keyboards), Simon Hanson (drums), Lucy Shaw (bass) and Steve Smith (guitar)—is renowned for their energetic live performances and ability to reimagine their classics. The Auditorium Hall at Roig Arena, with its acoustics tailored for intimate concerts, will host this exclusive Valencia show.
