Symphonic Concert at Iturbi Hall
On 12 December 2026 at 19:00, the Orquestra de València presents a concert at the Iturbi Hall of Palau de la Música featuring two major works: Shéhérazade, op. 35 by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Wolf Totem, a double bass concerto by Tan Dun. The programme is part of the Palau’s Symphonic Subscription.

- Tan Dun: Wolf Totem: A double bass concerto inspired by the eponymous novel, blending sounds evoking nature and Mongolian culture. Edicson Ruiz will be the soloist.
- Rimsky-Korsakov: Shéhérazade, op. 35: A symphonic suite based on One Thousand and One Nights, featuring four movements that depict maritime and oriental adventures.
