What’s being screened
The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes (1970), directed by Billy Wilder, reimagines the detective created by Arthur Conan Doyle. The Valencian Film Archive brings back this film, blending intrigue, humour, and an intimate portrait of the character, far from traditional police cases. Miklós Rózsa’s score enhances the Victorian atmosphere.
