What the talk will cover
The exhibition Podrías ser tú serves as the starting point for this talk-debate, where the origins, research, and artistic development of the project will be explained. Through images, photographs, and documentary material, topics such as homelessness, hostile architecture—urban elements designed to prevent people from resting or staying in public spaces—and the fentanyl crisis, an opioid that has worsened social vulnerability in various contexts, will be analysed. The session aims to reflect on exclusion and human fragility from artistic and social perspectives.
How the session is structured
The activity will combine an oral presentation with a visual projection to contextualise the different layers of the project. It is not just a theoretical presentation: the graphic and documentary material will help illustrate the concepts and connect social realities with artistic proposals. The talk is open to all audiences and does not require prior knowledge of art or sociology.
Access and requirements
Admission is free, and no booking is required. The event is aimed at anyone interested in art as a tool for social reflection, as well as the themes addressed in the Podrías ser tú exhibition.
