Junts fem Germanor is a day of gastronomy, popular culture, music and solidarity at the Central Plaza of Bonaire Shopping Centre (Aldaia) on Saturday 7 November 2026. It features the solidarity contest La Bona Paella, the game El Bon Valencià and a concert by Samantha Gilabert. Open to all audiences.

What is Junts fem Germanor

Junts fem Germanor is an event organised by Bonaire Shopping Centre in its Central Plaza to celebrate traditions closely tied to Valencian identity: sharing a meal, music, humour and solidarity. The programme includes three activities: the gastronomic competition La Bona Paella, the contest El Bon Valencià and a live concert by singer Samantha Gilabert to close the day. According to the association ADELA-CV, the event supports their cause.

Event programme

The Junts fem Germanor programme kicks off with La Bona Paella from 12:00 to 14:00, followed by a communal lunch at 14:00. In the afternoon, from 18:00 to 19:00, El Bon Valencià takes place—a contest inspired by Valencian TV entertainment shows from the 1990s. The event concludes with Samantha Gilabert’s concert, from 19:30 to 20:15.

How La Bona Paella works

La Bona Paella pits three teams—made up of well-known personalities and audience participants—against each other in a challenge where cooking and entertainment are equally important. Among the participants are Carmen Alcayde, María Abradelo, Iris Lezcano, Samantha Gilabert and Víctor Claver. Los Jajajers host the competition with music, humour and challenges while fans cheer on each team.

The challenge continues after the cooking: each team must sell portions of their paella to visitors, and the team that raises the most funds wins. Portions start at €3, allowing the public to directly contribute to the solidarity effort.
