What’s on stage
Cuentos para niños perversos is a theatrical adaptation in verse of the most famous folk tales, such as Little Red Riding Hood or Cinderella, but with unexpected twists and an irreverent tone. The show revives the original essence of these stories, far from the sanitised versions of Perrault or Disney, and fills them with humour and demystified characters. According to the organisers, the tales keep the classic "once upon a time" structure but take narrative paths that surprise young audiences.
Who it’s for
The performance is recommended for children aged 3 and up, though its light-hearted approach and alternative endings may appeal just as much to adults. The runtime isn’t specified, but other productions at the festival last around 55 minutes. Tickets are priced at a flat rate of €9.
