The Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia transforms into a stage illuminated by hundreds of candles to host Candlelight: Las Cuatro Estaciones de Vivaldi, a concert that recreates Antonio Vivaldi’s masterpiece in an intimate, acoustic format. What’s performed
The programme focuses on The Four Seasons, a series of four violin concertos composed by Vivaldi in 1723. Each season—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—is presented in a version adapted for string quartet, highlighting the melodic richness and narrative structure of the work. The absence of electronic amplification and dim lighting enhance the purity of the sound and the immersive atmosphere, transporting the audience into an almost theatrical experience.
Schedule and conditions
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before the start. Once the event begins, entry to the venue will not be permitted. Seats are assigned upon arrival, based on the purchased entry zone. The format does not include a break or intermission.

Tickets are available from €17.50, with four zone options:
- Zone A: €17.50 (general admission)
- Zone B: €27 (enhanced visibility)
- Zone C: €31.50 (central seats)
- Zone D: €35.50 (premium zone, near the stage)
The venue is wheelchair-accessible, though tickets for this group are only available in Zones A and C. Tickets are nominal and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Access requirements
The event is recommended for ages 8 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Printing the ticket is not required, as a digital version on your phone is accepted. Professional cameras and audio recorders are not permitted.
