The Auditorio Mar Rojo at Oceanogràfic València presents Candlelight: Clásicos Navideños, a concert blending classical music and festive atmosphere under candlelight. This format, created by Fever, offers a multisensory experience where a classical ensemble performs instrumental versions of the season’s most iconic carols.
Programme
The repertoire includes pieces such as:
- Noche de Paz (Silent Night).
- Adeste Fideles (Oh Come, All Ye Faithful).
- Angels We Have Heard on High.
- O Holy Night (Cantique de Noël).
These works, adapted for classical instruments, aim to evoke the Christmas tradition without vocals, highlighting the melody and harmony of each composition.
Timing and duration
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with doors opening 40 minutes before the start. Entry will not be permitted once the event has begun. The 19 December session is scheduled for 20:30.
Prices and tickets
Tickets are available in four zones, with prices varying by location:
- Zone D: €21 (seats furthest from the stage).
- Zone C: €26.
- Zone B: €32.
- Zone A: €36.50 (premium seats, closest to the stage).
Seats are assigned upon arrival, based on the ticket type purchased. Tickets are not sold at the box office and must be bought in advance via the official platform. Refunds are not available unless a flexible cancellation ticket is purchased, allowing changes up to 48 hours before the event.
Access and requirements
The event is open to ages 8 and over, and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is accessible for those with reduced mobility. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
