The Aula de Narratives at the Universitat de València welcomes writer Antonio Montiel for a literary colloquium on 22 October 2026 at 19:00 at the Centre Cultural La Nau. The session is part of a series dedicated to reflecting on contemporary narrative, where authors share their creative process and literary vision.
Who is Antonio Montiel
Antonio Montiel is a Valencian writer and essayist whose work explores historical memory, identity, and popular culture. He has published novels, essays, and articles that combine investigative rigour with accessible storytelling. His participation in the Aula de Narratives will offer insights into the recurring themes of his work and his working methodology.
Access and requirements
Admission to the colloquium is free, but prior registration is required via La Nau’s website. Seating is limited, so early booking is recommended. The session is open to the general public with no age restrictions.

This event is part of the Aula de Narratives 2026 programme, which began on 28 September with writer Rosa Montero and continued on 29 September with comic artist Paco Roca. The series will conclude on 10 December with María Agúndez.
