What’s on
'Inside Glass' is a monographic concert dedicated to the music of Philip Glass, one of the most influential composers of the 20th century and a pillar of minimalism. The programme is designed as a symmetrical journey (1-3-1-3-1), inviting active and meditative listening. The selected works—from the luminosity of Opening (from Glassworks, 1982) to the intensity of Mad Rush, including his Études and the serene Mishima – Closing—interact to create a unified sonic experience, where time seems to expand and each variation gains depth.
Programme
The concert features the following pieces:
- Opening (Glassworks, 1982)
- Mad Rush
- Selection of Études for piano
- Mishima – Closing
The symmetrical structure of the programme aims to generate a sense of balance and return, where each work connects with the others to form a single, ever-evolving sonic arc.
