What is Edredón Sensible
Edredón Sensible is a quartet from Toulouse (France) featuring two polyrhythmic drummers and two saxophonists—one tenor and one baritone. Their musical proposal fuses minimalist jazz with primitive elements, creating a sonic experience designed to induce trance. The musicians are known for prolonging attacks and repeating them in infinite loops, generating a hypnotic and visceral atmosphere. Their roots draw from traditions across continents, but their approach is radically contemporary.
