What’s Screening in This Session
The 14th edition of the Autors en Curt cycle dedicates its first session to drama. This screening will feature four short films by Valencian creators:
- My personal U, by Alex Cuellar (screenplay and direction), Nerea Marcén (screenplay) and Rafa G. Sánchez (direction).
- Abril, by Alexandra Iglesias (screenplay and direction) and Daniela Univazo (screenplay).
- Adiós., by Álvaro G. Company and Mario Hernández (both in screenplay and direction).
- A certa distància, by Laura Pérez Gómez (screenplay and direction).
The cycle, organised by the Fundación SGAE, the SGAE Territorial Council of the Valencian Community and the Escriptors de l’Audiovisual Valencià (EDAV) association, aims to showcase the work of local audiovisual creators.
Time and Access
The screening will take place on 8 October at 18:00 at Sala SGAE Centre Cultural (Blanquería, 6, Valencia). Entry is free and does not require prior booking, though seating is limited.
About the Autors en Curt Cycle
This initiative, now in its 14th edition, runs from 7 to 30 October with a total of 20 short films spread across three sessions: drama (8 October), documentary (15 October) and comedy (22 October). Each session focuses on a different genre and offers an opportunity to discover both emerging and established talent from the Valencian Community.
