Presentation of «Renacida!» at Barbarela
On Sunday 27 September 2026 at 6:00 PM, Restaurante Barbarela will host the presentation of «Renacida!», the debut novel by José Antonio Giménez Fernández. The book, a noir novel set in Valencia’s nightlife, follows Lou Lou, a drag queen who takes on a mission to find a missing young woman, uncovering corruption, prostitution rings, and mafia schemes.
The event will feature the author and a drag show by Ana Bo Weles and Cristel Rogers, two prominent artists from Valencia’s drag scene. Entry is free and no prior booking is required, though the restaurant offers dinner service and an open bar during the event (prices from €35).
