What the workshop covers
No me interrumpas is a session from the Pecados Patriarcales cycle focused on dynamics such as mansplaining (condescending explanations toward women), manterrupting (systematic interruptions), and hepeating (appropriation of ideas expressed by women). The format is designed to identify these situations and work on possible responses, both in professional settings and everyday conversations.
Format and participation
The activity does not follow a fixed script: attendees can share experiences, propose solutions, or simply listen. There are no prerequisites or a list of speakers; the approach is collaborative, aiming to gather strategies that have worked in real cases or could be applied in the future.
Schedule and access
The workshop will take place on 6 October at 19:00 at the CC Nave3 Ribes Cultural Centre. Entry is free, and no advance registration is required. The venue does not specify a capacity limit or estimated duration.
Context of the cycle
This session is part of Pecados Patriarcales, a programme by the centre addressing social issues from a critical perspective. CC Nave3 Ribes, located in Parc Central, serves as a municipal space for cultural activities and community debates.
