A week of Valencian pilota in Borbotó
The XXXV edition of Pilota Valenciana Day will take place in Borbotó from 17 to 28 September 2026, with a programme including professional matches, exhibitions and promotional activities. The opening event will be held on 19 September at the Borbotó Municipal Pilota Centre, where an open day with demonstrations for all audiences is expected.
Confirmed activities
According to the Federació de Pilota Valenciana, the event will feature:
- Professional matches in raspall, escala i corda and galotxa.
- Exhibitions for schoolchildren and new players.
- Institutional events, such as tributes to key figures in the sport.
Most activities are free to enter, though some events may require an invitation or prior booking. It has not been confirmed whether tickets will be sold for specific matches, such as league finals.
