A WTA 125 Tournament in Valencia
The BBVA Open Internacional de Valencia returns from 13 to 20 September 2026 to the Sporting Club de Tenis as the only WTA 125 tournament in the Valencian Community. Part of the women’s professional circuit, this event will bring together 64 players from 25 countries, including top 100 WTA ranking stars. While the final line-up will be announced closer to the date, confirmed names include Spain’s Nuria Párrizas and China’s Qinwen Zheng.
Competition Structure
The tournament features two main categories:
- Singles: 32 players in the qualifying round and 32 in the main draw.
- Doubles: 16 pairs in competition.
Matches begin on Sunday, 13 September with singles, while doubles start on Wednesday, 16 September. Finals for both singles and doubles will take place on Sunday, 20 September. Exact match schedules will be published on the official website a few days before the event.
Tickets and Access
Tickets for the BBVA Open Internacional de Valencia 2026 are available from 1 June on the tickets section of the official website. Here are the options:
- Pre-tournament (8 September): Free entry, non-reserved access to Centre Court and Court 1 (excluding VIP boxes).
- General admission (13–20 September): From €19 (with 50% discounts during promotions). Non-reserved access to both courts.
- Reserved seating (13–15 September): Assigned seats in Tribune B of Centre Court, with access to Court 1. Includes a sponsors’ dinner and VIP access for tickets on Friday, 13 September.
Refund policy: If a match lasts under one hour, the full ticket price for that session will be refunded. Tickets are sold exclusively through the tournament’s official channel.
Side Activities
The tournament reinforces its commitment to sustainability and community with initiatives like children’s workshops and player meet-and-greets. On Friday, 13 September, a sponsors’ dinner will be held on the Casa Club terrace, accessible to holders of reserved tickets for that day.
