Migrats Circ 2026: contemporary circus in Plaza Nàpols i Sicília

The Migrats Circ 2026 festival turns Plaza Nàpols i Sicília into an open-air stage for contemporary circus. Over five days, nine companies and artists will present short pieces (15 to 50 minutes) blending disciplines such as vertical dance, clown, juggling, pole dance, and aerial acrobatics. All performances start at 19:00 and are free to attend, with no prior booking required.

Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 September

  • "A Futile Act of Domestication" (Bert Berg): dance and verticals (20’).
  • "Máximo Óptimo" (Máximo Óptimo): clown and juggling (20’).
  • "Falso Negativo" (Bufoneta): shadow circus and acrobatics (20’).

Thursday 4 and Friday 5 September

  • "¡Arre!" (Aitor Este): pole dance (20’).
  • "On Comença el Vent" (Laura Soler and Yasmine Boyer): aerial disciplines (15’).
  • "Tacones en el Pasillo" (Vaivé Circ students): aerial disciplines (20’).

Saturday 6 September

  • "¡Tornillo Magic Clown!" (Quique Montoya): clown (20’).
  • "El Mejor Atraco de tu Vida" (Cía. Espenta): acrobatics, juggling, and clown (50’).
