The Migrats Circ festival returns to Valencia with a free programme running from 1 to 6 September 2026 at Plaza Nàpols i Sicília. Each day at 19:00, audiences can enjoy a selection of nine short performances exploring different contemporary circus disciplines, from acrobatics and juggling to clown and pole dance. The acts range from 15 to 50 minutes, offering something for all ages.
Highlights of the programme
This year’s lineup includes acts such as ¡Tornillo Magic Clown!, a clown performance by Quique Montoya on 5 and 6 September. Another standout is El mejor atraco de tu vida by Cía. Espenta, a 50-minute finale featuring acrobatics, juggling and clown. Other confirmed artists include Bert Berg (A futile act of domestication, vertical dance), Máximo Óptimo (Máximo Óptimo, clown and juggling), and Bufoneta (Falso negativo, shadow circus). There will also be pole dance (¡Arre! by Aitor Este) and aerial disciplines (On comença el vent by Laura Soler and Yasmine Boyer, and Tacones en el pasillo by students from Vaivé Circ).
A festival with an international vision
Migrats Circ is part of the Migrats cycle, organised by Espai Inestable, which aims to showcase artists who have migrated to develop their careers in circus or chosen Valencia as their creative base. The square will become a meeting point where contemporary circus is presented without economic or access barriers.
