Migrats Circ 2026 transforms Plaza Nápols i Sicília into a contemporary circus stage for six days, featuring a programme of nine short shows and free children’s workshops. Organised by Espai Inestable, the festival brings together artists from disciplines such as vertical dance, clown, acrobatics, juggling and pole dance, with performances exploring migration and artistic mobility.
Detailed programme
Shows start at 19:00 each day, lasting between 15 and 50 minutes. Here are the confirmed titles and artists:
1 and 2 September:
- «A Futile Act of Domestication» (Bert Berg): dance and verticals.
- «Máximo Óptimo» (Máximo Óptimo): clown and juggling.
- «Falso Negativo» (Bufoneta): acrobatics and shadow circus.
3 and 4 September:
- «¡Arre!» (Aitor Este): pole dance.
- «On Comença el Vent» (Laura Soler and Yasmine Boyer): aerial disciplines.
- «Tacones en el Pasillo» (Vaivé Circ students): aerial disciplines.
5 and 6 September:
- «¡Tornillo Magic Clown!» (Quique Montoya): clown.
- «El Mejor Atraco de tu Vida» (Cía. Espenta): acrobatics, juggling and clown (50 minutes).
Children’s workshops
On 2, 4 and 5 September at 17:30, free workshops are offered for children to experiment with circus techniques. The activities, aimed at young audiences, do not require prior registration, but capacity is limited.
Access and recommendations
Entry is free and no reservation is needed. It is recommended to arrive early, especially for the children’s workshops. The festival is designed for all audiences, with no age restrictions.
