An unconventional stage experience
Lima Radiante is an absolute premiere that pushes the boundaries between performing arts and visual arts. Created by choreographer Poliana Lima and the Valencian collective Radiante Light Art Studio, this installation-performance offers an immersion where body, light and sound merge to transform the traditional relationship between stage and audience. The public is not merely a spectator: they are invited to explore the space, interact with the elements and build their own narrative through abstraction.
The piece is based on the idea that abstraction does not limit, but rather expands the possibilities of interpretation. By hybridising languages—dance, performance, music, new technologies and plastic arts—Lima Radiante turns the stage into a space of resistance: a place to practise presence, attention and active participation, far removed from everyday logic.
Dates, times and tickets
Lima Radiante can be seen at Carme Teatre (Gregori Gea, 6) in eight performances from 3 to 13 September 2026. Times vary:
- 20:00: 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12 September.
- 19:00: 6, 7 and 13 September.
Each performance lasts 60 minutes, and tickets are available from €11 on the Carme Teatre website.
The team behind the piece
- Poliana Lima (Madrid): Choreographer and co-director. Known for her interdisciplinary approach, Lima has developed projects exploring the relationship between body and stage space.
- Radiante Light Art Studio (Valencia): A collective specialising in light art and new technologies applied to performing arts. Their work focuses on creating devices that transform the spectator’s perception.
Both teams have collaborated to create an experience that is not just seen, but inhabited.
