Plot
Conan Edogawa, Ran, Sonoko, and Kogoro travel to the Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival with Masumi Sera, a motorcycle enthusiast. During the journey, a mysterious black motorcycle appears, leaping over their vehicle and speeding away. Traffic officer Chihaya Hagiwara—nicknamed the "Goddess of the Wind" by Ran—attempts to chase it, but her bike is wrecked, and the rider escapes.
Upon arriving at the festival, they discover "Angel," a state-of-the-art police motorcycle. However, a matching black bike, dubbed "Black Angel" or "Lucifer," soon appears, wreaking havoc across Tokyo.
