Bambalina’s final work
Teatro Rialto hosts Corol·lari. Dir adéu sense acomiadar-se, the last show by Valencian company Bambalina, which closes its trajectory with a piece about farewells that happen without words. Directed by Jaume Policarpo, the play uses puppets, live music, and projections to explore how objects, memories, and silences keep the bond with what is lost alive.
Synopsis and cast
Corol·lari—a term evoking a chorus of voices—weaves everyday stories to show that goodbyes don’t always require an explicit gesture. The dramaturgy by Arturo Sánchez Velasco and the original music by Gonzalo Manglano create a melancholic yet luminous atmosphere, where absence becomes presence. The cast includes eight performers: Ruth Atienza, Maribel Bayona, Vicent Domingo, Jaume Policarpo, Josep Policarpo, Gloria Sirvent, Marisol Limiñana, Àngel Fígols, and Carmen Pérez Policarpo.
