A wake turned into a party
On 30 October 2026, the TEM (Teatre El Musical) hosts El bar nuestro de cada día, a musical monologue with humour created and performed by Antonio Romera, Chipi La Canalla. The show, starting at 20:00, recreates an unusual situation: a bartender must fulfil the last wish of Malandro, a deceased customer who preferred a party in his honour over a conventional funeral. With the theatre transformed into a tavern, the audience—turned into regulars—witnesses a pagan ceremony where music, humour, and anecdotes blend to celebrate life.
Over 75 minutes, Romera shares his personal story through live songs and reflections on bars as meeting places. The tone is casual, with direct language making it more suitable for ages 16 and up, though there is no official minimum age. Tickets, priced at €12, are available on platforms like Notikumi.
